Potassium. Eat bannanas or drink orange juice when this happens, this should help. Also, taking a good multivitamin couldn't hurt. If the problem persists, however, I'd strongly advise you to go to your Doctor for a check up. Best wishes!

There are a host of things that, if your body is depleted of, may cause crapping. However the most common is H2O...plain ole water. If you hydrate properly, cramping can be avoided.

Sometimes it's potassium...eat some bananas, that should help!
