you know when you feel comfortable enough with a girl the time will come when you will be able to overcome this fear and do the deed. I was afraid of giving guys a bj, because of being forced to do so at a very young age when i was a victim of child rape. It took many years for me to overcome my fear, and the time became right and with the right person that I was able to do so.....now my husband loves it....lol! Seriously, just communicate this with your girlfriend, if she truly cares about you as a person, she won't mind and she will be patient with you while you work through this fear. Don't be ashamed to be afraid, it is ok.

You fear what you do not know or understand...get some basic anatomy/ sexuality books to reference from & explore so that you can overcome this...If you have serious issues, then I highly suggest a bit of investment in yourself by employing a sex surrogate who is professionally trained in helping people resolve & learn on this subject.

If you don't want to you don't have to however its a near sure fire way to bringing a girl to orgasm.
If you are unsure what to do, talk to her about it, ask her to give you tips on how to do it properly (she will be more than willing to help trust me lol).
If you are just scared of it then don't do it.
