It can be a catch 22. Stress can make it so you are too exhausted and emotionally not able to have sex/make love. But then sex/making love can/will relieve stress. Stress can and will affect everything in your life: your emotional well being, your physical well being, how you feel, how you do things, how you react to things, exhaust you to the point of not being able to do anything, your state of mind, and making it so that sex/making love is on the bottom of your priority list.

I know that if I am overwhelmed with stress, there is NO way that I want sex. If my fiance is overstressed/overworked (he works on a farm 10-16 hours a day, 5-7 days a week), he can't have sex even if he wants to because he is sooooooooooo exhausted.

Once the stress settles down, then the sex will come back and it will be better than ever because you waited so long to have it. :) At least, that's how it is for me and my fiance!!

Oh, honey what a big YES I am giving you. My husband's work schedule changed drastically...well really his workload & for the past 10 days...let's just say ... he is the man I said YES to. I was crying and praying and feeling bad because I expected a lot of it. Well, things are normal again thank GOD all because he now has LESS STRESS. Something happens in the mans mind, but I think like you girlfriend...what could be better than sex, especially if you're stressed. Everythings gonna be okay for you real soon.

Yes, if you are too stressed out and emotionally drained, than sex could be the last thing on your mind. For me, I have always had a good sex drive and find sex to be a stress relief as long as there is no pressure to perform.

sex is a stress reliever but normally for men not for women. women normally get turned off when stressed out. but their r ways to get around it. it will just take some work. like something my b/f did when we were both stressed out & he wanted some... (lol) a candle lite bubble bath with pink and red fake rose peddles. The peddles just sit on top of the bubbles. U can make a heart or say i love you with them anything. Just relax her while getting her in the mood maybe a massage but that may put her to sleep, women tend to get tired when stressed out too. But a massage in the shower together wouldnt be so bad. Try different things u will find something that will work just dont over do it.
