How do you mean? Inward as in subatomic?
First, space isn't endless, there is a border to the known universe, but we don't have any idea what, if anything is beyond it.
Second, at the subatomic level, it is believed that at some point there is a basic point at which you can no longer break it down.

No one knows if there is an end - the big bang is just a theory. And if there is an end, we would need to know where the middle was to know if it was endless inward, and we don't.
They have high powered telescopes in space and have tried to see to the edge of space (if possible), but with no luck.

By definition, the universe has boundaries. I believe you are meaning universe when you say space in that case space is not endless.
If on the other case you are speaking theoretically, then the answer is yes. It's like the door scenario. You can constantly approach the door half the distance at a time, then it would take infinity to reach the door. Likewise you would never reach the center of a space in the same manner.

Space does not go "inward"! But an object can theoretically be split an infinite amount of times, amounting to No Limit how small a particle can reach in size! Did that confuse you? It did me!
By the way it's called "Infinitesimal"!

You mean going past the SUN?
LOL.
The Sun is the center of our solar system. There are millions of solar systems out there. The question is, if we have always traveled away from the sun, have we ever sent a probe past it? What if there was a huge space station on the opposite side of the sun from the Earth on the same evolution as Earth that housed the Aliens? Maybe they are not so far away?

First of all, it's not endless.
Second of all, if it was endless, that would mean that it had now boundaries so it would have no "inward" direction.
It's like trying to go to the front of a stationary sphere.

In order to measure you would have to start at a given point. Because the universe does not have a defineable 'end' or 'beginning' you could never properly measure its size. If you did choose a point, you would measure outward and never reach the edge of the infinite universe from the perspective of your chosen point or have chosen a proper beginning to start from seeing that you could always start further back.
