"I can hear the ocean calling it's calling my name on the ocean front is where I can always hang". I've tries EVERYTHING! This part that I know is a girl singing and then the song starts to rap. The song is at least 8yrs old. I heard that maybe some rapper named "Towdown" sang it but I still can't find anything. Thanks to everyone for the help...
