Tell her to take a camera and tape herself while she is piercing it, then see it over again. LOL.
Just tell her not to hit any veins, not too in the tip or the back because it will make her gag all the time.

why? all they do is hold your tongue with a small pair of clamps. They take the needle and put it through quickly, you will be drooling a lot. After that they put the bar in and screw the ball on. That's that.
