Go for the internet business, which requires less of your time and the one that will not make you feel headache with web designing, or which require IT knowledge. Second, choose the internet based company which offer you the opportunity and at the same time giving you the convenience to start the business. Third, choose the business, which does not require big money to start it.
All the above is only available from: http://www.website.ws/powercontrol
Honestly, I tried so many opportunities offered through the internet and this is the only one that really works.
PLEASE NOTE: You only will understand the whole marketing concept if you read every details & the trial period is FREE!

Walk through your neighborhood offering to wash cars. My son started doing this at 9 and when people asked how much he charged, he said "pay me what you think it is worth." The average pay = $9 a car for about 30 minutes work. If you can do a hand wax, that's worth a lot more. Check to see what detailers charge and be about 20% lower. Just having it done in their driveway is worth it to many.
Learn to wash windows. That's especially lucrative. If you do it right (use a squeegee and a big bucket of water with a little dish detergent in it), it can go quickly. In my neck of the woods, a one story house costs at least $150, add about $100 for the second story, inside and out. If you can do one of those a day, you'll be rolling in no time. My brother did this in college.
Mowing lawns is good too. Just a front lawn that isn't very big is worth $20. If you asked $30 per house (presuming the lots aren't large), you should be able to get some regular accounts.
In other words, you have to do some thinking and figure out what skills and talents you can put to work. Then just do it!

Babysitting....seriously. Get a babysitters card through the American Red Cross. You seem to maybe have enough money for the one day course. This enhances your credibility since you probably don't have much experience. Break down the $2,000 into a weekly schedule and decide how much you need to Make in a week...here, I'll help you.
$2,000 breaks down into making fifty dollars an hour for a 40hr week. All you have to do is babysit five kids at a time for eight hours a day. Or split it up into four hour periods....8AM-12PM and then a PM group that gives parents a break AFTER work 5PM-9PM. Open up a day/evening summer camp - play group....AFTER you take your class. Good Luck!!

The big question is, "What would someone too young to work possibly need that much money for?" If the answer is good enough to convince your mom to use your college money (hard to imagine), then why don't you just ask your parents for a loan? If you set up a plan to work off some/all of the money by doing chores, etc., you'd have a better chance of getting the loan.

First of all, the $ sign goes IN FRONT of the monetary amount, not the back. You won't get anywhere if you can't write properly.
Secondly, why do you need $2000?
Don't dip into the college money. You'll be sorry.
I don't have any ideas other than working. Mow lawns, run errands. Or, simply get a real job!
If you are too young, you may out of luck.

You could collect recyclable items that a city's recycling program will reimburse you for turning in. For example, soda/pop cans, newspapers and glass. I had a lot of success collecting cans from car washes. You receive more money for aluminum. My siblings and I also trapped pocket gophers and turned in the tails for cash. You will need to check around regarding the pocket gophers before pursuing. It may not be worth much (if anything) now. Typically, only available in farming regions.
Also, If you have a neighbor that trusts you, offer to pet sit when they go on vacation. Especially, a cat owner. They are low maintenance and require minimum assistance.
