I had anxiety attacks when I was pregnant and I ended up quitting my job and the doctor put me on an anti-depressant called Paxil which is safe for the baby. I'm not exactly sure what damages exactly can happen but I know it is unsafe to have too much stress, especially early in the pregnancy. That would be a good question to ask your doctor just to be on the safe side. Good luck!

No, it does not cause birthmarks. Don't worry!!
I had tremendous stress with my last child.
I slept very little for the first 3 months, I was so stressed. My son is now 16, a big strong football player in the gifted program. I'm sure you're baby's fine.

Just from what I have heard it takes a lot of stress to induce labor. Doctors think it's because your heart races your adrenaline is pumping and it causes contractions. Usually you have to be further along for labor to start. But any trauma is not a good thing.

stress is present in our daily lives....but since your pregnant you shouldnt be stressed too much ; example of this stresses that you should avoid are : too much anger , shouting , cursing, evil thoughts ,ohysical stress such as pushing heavy things , jogging, weigh lifitng etc

indication that something is stressful to you is when you have difficulty in breathing while doing something...or your heart skips a beat-----that time you take deep breaths and rest.

you see...the baby feels our heart beat...when we shout or get angry the babay feels the same emotion that we have so be careful...i was always worried and problematic when i was pregnant and my babies always frown even when they are not angry...
be careful....
