Learning is necessary to develop any skill and learning requires a teacher.I did not learn how to run an offshore fishing trawler without help but I do a good job at it now. The same is true of life and these people you mentioned were never trained to be aware of the world around them or how to react to others in a positive way. The teachings of the scripture are the best tools to learn about life and it is not even allowed in school anymore.so these people have been robbed of a better life by political correctness

They are afraid of themselves, and most times they are time bombs getting ready to go off, no life, no future and not open to new ideas.
