i have an idea, and i want to know where, and what and how much it will cost me to start produsing this new refreshing beverage, please tell me

www.uspto.gov you can go there, or if u don;t have then money ups your self the ingredients and a sample of the item to your self and DON:T OPEN IT , the date on the package will hold in court as long as it is a sealed package, this is called THE POOR MAN PATENTE

You can't do that in Chicago. For a patente you have to go to Mexico.

You can contact a patent attorney or type in yahoo.com search, local patent office and your zip code, and then call them.
