What would happen if EVERY eligible person voted?? What would happen if those people that spend a lot of time complaining, etc, actually got off their duffs and went out and voted? If there was 100% voter turnout, what would happen???

statistically, almost no one votes anyways. 25% of the people vote, 98% of the people complain complain complain. Americans like complaining more than voting cause its easier and you dont have to leave the sofa to do it.
