I go to a grocery store and there is a very attractive Mexican cashier there. She always sticks out her behind when I come by and tries to get me to look at it and I like that quite a bit. She is also a pretty nice and friendly person. She waves at me whenever I enter the store. I have heard that is a bigger thing in latin culture than other cultures.

Female bodies have been eye candy for all of time so that's not really a new thing or a specific cultural thing in general. But in certain cultures women tend to have more or less curves. Latinas are one of the cultures that have more. But on the other side...she may or may not be sticking herself out for you to look at... it could be that your eyes are just drawn there and it seems she is sticking herself out to draw your attention, but maybe thats just the way she was built. So, if you aren't please be respectful even if you think she is trying to get you to notice her, look at her face when she waves and talks to you...its nice to have a guy look you in the eyes once in a while.
