to play as Man U go to the main menu adjust ManU lineup put the best players on the reserve list and the worst on the starting lineup. as for the second well sorry to break it to you but Beckham has been gone from ManU for 3 years now.

simple... you need to start with a worse team and prove yourself as a manager, and as you get to be recognized, the bigger clubs will want to hire you. beckham isn't on the team because he was sold to real madrid a couple of years ago
