I went through the exact same thing. However, I overcame that when every time I got the urge to eat, I would work out....for example, have to do 50 sit-ups, or 100 jumping jacks....something stupid like that. After awhile, I was very active and losing weight. Another good method is to eat small meals throughout the day. This keeps your metabolism going and you won't overeat or be as hungry.

get rid of all your junk food, have vegetables and fruit at the hose only okay... no soda, no juices, just water, and 2% milk... and that's all you can eat for 30 days and make sure u walk everyday at least for 30 min and then for 10 min power walk or run okay... after 30days you will feel so good that u would not want to go back to your old lifestyle... nothing is wrong with eating... but watch what u eat... you should eat 5 times a day... but eat healthy... and don't eat more than you need to... eat the minimum amount that satisfy you and if your stressed rather picking someting up to eat... get up ... think of a invisible punching bag and start swinging... (unless you have a real punching bag) ...

go to usa pill inc.com then order phentremine 37 mg. I lost fifteen lbs. in two weeks. It curves your appetite and the foods I loved so much didn't appeal so much. It works it really does, try it, just don't forget when you stop taking it, take some type of a appetite suppresant, like hoodia. every now and then otherwise you get to your target weight and then you gain it all back good luck

Eat more fiber and drink LOTS of water. Fiber swells in your stomach with water and makes you feel full. Fiber is in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
Don't be tempted to eat when you are watching TV! Only eat when you are truly hungry, and don't overstuff yourself. Ask yourself if you are eating because you are hungry, or eating because you are bored, upset, lonely, etc.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

Get a hobby like cycling or swimming. Then you can eat a few more calories. And drink lots of water. Stay away from empty calories like things with lots of processed sugars and processed flour.

drink more caffeine. not sodas, but coffee or tea, to help raise your metabolism. drink a lot of water. take apetite suppresants like hoodia, and maybe a lipotropic. excersize regularly, even if its just a walk. if youre going somewhere within walking distance, just walk. park in the far spot. take the stairs. there are a lot of simple things that you can do to help stay active. the more active you are, the more liberties you can take with your diet.
