My speculation is December 4th or 11th, 2006. I can't wait until it gets released so I can wathc it for the first time in a marathon.

Ususally they announce the release date in September or October on http://www.24fanclub.com

I purchased season 4 as soon as it was released, I believe that
was around the 1st part of January,so I imagine will be same for
season 5,I'm waiting for it too.
