Do you think Germany choked in the final minutes?

I dont think so. As an Italian I can tell you that they had an excellent game.made their country proud. They were the youngest team in the world cup. Both teams had chances and finally Grosso opened the door with an absolutely unstoppable kick that was placed excellent.

I think by then Germany were already focusing on penalty kicks, so they lost their concentration and Italy scored their first goal. After that, Germany panicked a little, and Italy scored their second goal.

Overall, however, Germany played an awesome game, and so did Italy. The best game in the tournament so far.

I don't think so, Germany played and excellent game and I'm sure they made their fans very proud. To get to the semi-finals you have to be good and Germany were very good but Italy has more experienced and excellent players!!

I think they choked after the first goal, and that's why the second was scored .

yeah! they lost the game in the last 2 minutes before the PSO. However, I don't think that they would have own the PSO. Buffon is really good!

yes the defense just stood there for italia's first goal you could tell they were more focused on Pk's then defending for the last two minutes.

well im part german so i wont take wat u guys say offensive (sp?) but i watched the whole game but honestly i think they got scared they would loose and yes they choked.
