Iraq violated UN resolutions for 12 years before we invaded them, and they proved to the world that they had the WMD technology and the willingness to use it. They were a threat to the world in addition to their own citizens.
North Korea is just getting started down that trail, and their friends in the UN (China and Russia) are probably encouraging them under the table while they ever so lightly agree with others that there is a problem.
I think Iran is going to be a bigger problem than North Korea, but in time there will likely be armed conflict with North Koreans. It just might be Japan that does it rather than the USA. They are in a more direct line of fire than we are. A lot of things can change in the next 12 years though.

Because the US is the only country with the guts and power to do it, but it's not in our national interest to do so. China, Japan and South Korea have a bigger stake in it.
Now, if Kim Jong Mentally ILL really had a missile that could accurately reach the US, you'd need a new map of Asia, because North Korea would be gone.

North Korea has yet to defy multiple U.N. resolutions. As soon as they do, they will fall. It won't be like Iraq though, the U.S. will have much more support against North Korea. If North Korea does not stop shooting off missiles, they are going to ruin their relationship with Russia and China. I am not saying that either will full out support any action against North Korea, but as Security Council members, they might not vote against sanctions either. Only time will tell. I hope everyone calms down.

there's a type of causes for the topic of achieving finished non secular mastery. First, the favorite responsibilities and ordinary jobs of the overall man or woman, esp if one is married and assisting a kinfolk, do not enable the time and ability to pursue his faith or non secular prowess to the utmost aspect. Secondly, the great volume of scriptures, historic texts(some merely about 2500yrs old) take various attempt and time to charm to close. It as a outcome takes tremendous concentration and many many years for an average man or woman to develop into nicely-versed. until eventually you're in certain gifted or an incarnation. Thirdly, the countless non secular wars for the time of the last 2 millennia, mutually with those for the time of the last centuries have discouraged many persons to develop into truly serious about pursuing any faith. the percentage of mankind who've 'muddied the waters', turning out to be extremists or practiced deviant sorts of the religion, is small and performance not stimulated the overall public. through the time one is 40, he could attain an perfect aspect of spirituality, else he might want to were passionate adequate and has not were given what it takes;nonetheless one could persevere, if he harbours some beliefs. clone of gaining knowledge of a language, e.g English, to its maximum aspect, one has to coach it diligently each day. even if, the overall public human beings now are literally not likely to achieve enlightenment at a mushy age, given the favorite distractions in each day existence. until eventually one is prepared to sacrifice each and every thing in existence, make lengthy journeys taking walks, retreat to the mountains and meditate heavily for 5-10yrs to achieve a non secular top. particular the sacrifices are the most excellent, even if the outcomes would receive advantages society on a wide scale, merely because the few tremendous non secular prophets, saints and yogis have carried out.

Fix Iraq: Everyone whines a little but the Madman is gone and we make a nice profit, in the long run, to boot.
Fix N Korrea: World War 2.5, millions and millions die, and nobody makes any money on top of it.
Do the math

Cause there isn't any oil in N. Korea.
Cause Kim Jong iL didn't theaten to kill "Bubba" Bush Sr.
Cause N. Korea actually has nukes and Iraq didn't.
Cause our army is already spread to the breaking point.
Cause "Bubba" Bush Jr. couldn't get approval to take over a hot dog stand with his approval ratings.

You people and your obessions with Bush and oil. I don't get. First of all. We need oil. You like driving your cars don't you. Second of all, we didn't to topple Saddam to get there oil. They put out much less oil now than they did before. We get oil one way and one way only, CASH. Would someone show me please where Bush profits from oil? And not with your crazy conspiracy theories either.

Same reason Africans need special foreign aid for AIDS and food and Mexicans are allowed to come here and work when they aren't citizens while poor Americans can't get better jobs, higher wages, better benefits, and help from the government. Uncle Sam will only help you if he needs a favor from you.
