Don't cut, just tie in a knot at the front and roll the sleeves back.

Get it to fit but cut the neck out of it and on either side cut a little more to show some shoulder. On the sides cut straight down the middle and then cut straight lines to the side but just enough for the raggedy tied look. Then go back and tie each one together. I wish I could show you a pic but I don't have any I hope I helped. After you are done wash in cold water to preserve form.

Depending on your size, if you get a men's small or extra-small, you won't have to cut it. BUT... if you really want to I suggest the old school biker chick look. Get a roomy men's shirt, cut off the neck seam so that it shows off your neck and see some shoulder, then crop it by cutting off some of the bottom to your liking. You can wear it alone with some tight jeans and boots, or you can wear a tank top underneath to leave more to the imagination... Here's my inspiration:

cut the sleeves off, cut it at the bottom so its shorter. cut one slit up each side seam, and cut horizontal slits in each vertical slit. (so mit looks like fringe on both sides) then tie the two sides of the slit together ( with the fringe you just made) It should end up looking like a spaghetti strap or tank top with holes on each side and ties.... I wish i could give you a clearer explanation but it's hard when I'm not there to show you....

cut the sleeves off and cut the sides to that they look strayed and tattered. (like shredded paper) then tie it. It looks really cute!!!

1. CUT OFF SLEEVES. NOW CUT OUT TWO GIANT HOLES ON THE SIDES. WEAR LIKE A PONCHO SIDEWAYS. SOOO CUTE!
2. CUT OFF SLEEVES. CUT OUT A STRAND FROM TOP TO BOTTOM FROM THE BACK, ABOUT FOUR INCHES THICK. MAKE LITTLE HOLES ON EACHSIDE. NOW WEAVE THIN STRANDS THROUGH HOLES (LIKE A SHOELACE.) THIS ONE LOOKS REALLY SEXY.

YOU CAN CUT THE FRONT DOWN THE MIDDLE A WAYS....BUT DON'T CUT THE SLEEVES CUZ THEY WILL BE TOO LONG OF AN OPENING FOR YOU UNLESS YOU WANTED TO WEAR ONE OF YOUR TEES OR TANKS UNDER IT...ANOTHER WAY THE WEAR THEM IS AFTER YOU HAVE CUT DOWN THE FRONT IS TO TWIST THE SLEEVES AND TAKE THE END AND TUCK IT INTO THE SLEEVE AREA IT STAYS NICE AND TIGHT ON YOUR UPPER ARMS AND IT STAYS IN PLACE....ANOTHER WAY TO WEAR THEIR TEES IS FOR YOU TO WEAR A TANK OVER IT.....LAYERING IS THE THING THIS YEAR AND FOR THE FALL...LONG AND BIG WITH SHORT AND TIGHT ON TOP...YOU GIRLS BETTER START LOOKING AT THE FASHIONS FOR THIS FALL...........IT'S ALL ABOUT LAYERING YOUR TOPS.....

i beg to differ with bronimoose. i think that you should cut it in a v at the neck. you can also get some cute rhinestones or appliques that are representative of you.

Lower the neck line....show some cleevage....tie the bottom high up in a knot to show off your tummy.
