Car body care professional only please...?

What are the methods used to keep both new and old cars body looking like brand new. How to keep the body from dust and tiny particles sticking on the surface? What products are available to take care of the car body to prevent dust and tiny particle from sticking on the surface and to remove them safely?

I want to be able to feel a smooth surface when I run my finger on it. Please give me all the details. Thanks in advance.

I like to use Maguires wax. There is a new nano wax out by eagle one that is suppose to be good also. Hope I have been helpful.
