actually no. Also no for people with multiple personalities and people who have peices of other people in the trunks of their cars. I remember on the news that a pregnant lady tried to tell the officer that she was able to use the carpool lane since technically she was not alone.
It didn't work.

Can the embryos think for themselves, would they be able to explain to the police officer that you are their parent and that the parent is then justified in using the carpool lane.
I believe you should try it and see what happens, my notion is that the answer to your question is NO.

Ask the cop when he pulls you over and tries to give you a ticket. The better answer to that would be to get a few blow up dolls and put them in the car with their seat belt on and drive away.
