Batman, hes the worlds greatest detective. he would find out spidys secret identity and take him down.

Batman...WOULD LOSE!!! Spidey can lift a compact car over his head, dodge bullets (even a sniper's bullit: Spider Sense), and move faster than ANY normal human. Batman may be a good fighter, but Peter has been punched, kicked, and beaten by guys as strong as Colossus and come back punching and kicking. Batman's best moves would appear to be in slow motion to the Webhead.

Batman is way tougher than Spiderman, but he has no actual super powers. Hate to say it, but Spiderman should kick his butt. Batman is richer and cooler, though. Spiderman can't even afford a car.

Well batman just had smarts and lots of cool toys. Spiderman is smart too but with superpowers... hmmm I'm going to go with Batman because he seems more experienced in his intelligence.

spiderman because batman depends too much on his gadgets. Plus spiderman has super human senses, batman has only human. cant wait for spiderman 3.

Spiderman has the proportionate strength of a spider - and he has spider sense and spider agility - and he has a much cooler uniform. Now, Spiderman and the Hulk - Hulk would smash puny bug-man.

batman. spiderman is cool but batman has all the gadgets. you never know what he is going to pull out of his utility belt.
