There is a really easy way, and you don't need a computer or any technical knowledge to get it.

You need a phone book, and a phone. Open your phone book to Internet and look for Internet Service Providers. Then call the numbers listed there in your phone book. Their customer service agents will be more than happy to discuss what is available to you. If you cannot get a broadband connection to your area, you are either stuck with dial up or you have to pay for a satelite connection (not that expensive really, the start up cost are high but the monthly charges are comparable to DSL and Cable)
