my screen is missed up at the buttom of the screen an my cam is all fuzzy

you gotta need a replacement for that. but try refreshing your phone first before even going to a store. tip: double check with the store if they sell parts. sprint-nextel stores usu. sell accessories only but w/ the parts there would be w/ an additional cost.

i got da same phone if u send the phone back to nextel they should either fix your phone or send you a new 1

check if they have a warranty on the phone and send it back
