its easy if u know how to download a song than u can do it see 1st u have to find the song or video ur looking for then hook up ur i pod and make sure somthing tells u that the i pod has been connected then just press downlaod even though there will b different words alot of them mean download like some will say download play and stuff like that i hope i helped

Either buy them from the iTunes music store, or, if you don't want any of those, get PocketDivX at http://divx.ppccool.com/ . It supports many video players. I use it to make iTunes movies work on my TX!

U buy them off of iTunes but u cant put movies on it cause iTunes is gay and protects against piracy.
