I have a cosmetic problem which is really putting a damper on my social life. They are called Fat Pads, and they are under both eyes. I've tried microdermabrasion, and chemical peels, and also used lotions with retinol. nothing has dimished them. I recently saw a dermatologist and she told me to get rid of them costs a couple of thousand bones! ugh! anyone out there know a home remedy that might help? thanx!

Unfortunately, the methods already mentioned (cooling the area, tea bags, etc.) are for puffiness and won't diminish any fat deposits under the eyes. There's no topical medicine that can do that, and you can't spot-reduce fat with any home remedy. If you need to remove actual fat from under the eyes, surgery is probably the only thing that would work.

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/Vc32P
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.
