Blacks, hispanics, muslims, arabs, italians and jews have a higher crime rate than others-Is there a solution?

when you say than others what do you mean? Some people especially minorities are arrested for crimes that other people get away with. They earn less for the same jobs as 'others' All I can say is that 'others' will not ever want to change places with me for a day! the solution is hard though... it is a huge socialogical problem

The people in the rainforest have the intelligence to survive the rain forest and will fail a test set by an urbanite vice versa being true, a white person can not set an intelligence test for a black person and claim that a black person is less intelligent. A white person will fail an intelligence test set by an Arab who lives in the desert vice versa being true
The Bell curve is wrong and crap. it is a western concept and can not suit other cultures. For example the fact that westerner love dogs and yet hate other people is simply stupid.

Yes -- stop looking at race and look at socioeconomic status. These alleged racial differences really stem from the fact that in America we perpetuate an impossible "American Dream"... rags to riches. People with low socioeconomic status are told they should be able to achieve the American Dream, when in reality that is very rare. That is when people turn to crime to help attain their goals. My solution would be to elect a socially conscious government that would be willing to pass a living wage law so people won't have to live in extreme poverty. We need to radically alter our national perspective as well... people are not poor because they are lazy or deserve to be poor. Many are poor because they are paid $5.15 an hour.

By the way, I am familiar with the Bell Curve book, which did not address all the groups you claim it did, which leads me to believe this "question" was more of a statement. But regardless, the conclusions that have come from IQ research is that the IQ gap is rapidly narrowing and will soon not exist at all.

Another thing worth mentioning about IQ research is that it is not related to crime rates. People of all different levels of intelligence will commit crimes, whether it be theft or crimes of passion.

yes, deport them all. then deport those minorities in white race that have most crime - drug addicts, high school dropouts, etc. Then do a study which color of hair and shape of the skull leads to most crime, and deport people who match the profile.
