my very good friend was stabbed and almost died in a home invasion the other day, my question is as follows: what is the measurement of blood our body is pumping at all times,(11 pints?) and how long will it take his body to reproduce the lost blood,

If your friend lost a substantial of blood, he will be transfused to replace the blood unless for some reason he declines the transfusion. A lot depends on his height and weight and other physical problems such as was he stabbed in the spleen or the liver.

I am sorry to hear that. You and everything should consider buying a gun for protection. I have a gun and I wont hestitate to use it if I was in your friends position that day. Matter of fact, after shooting the robber, I would reload and shoot again until that person's blood is all over.

i'm sorry i don't know the answer to your question but, i am sorry to hear about your fiend...my sisters boyfriend was also stabbed last week on his job (he's a bouncer) and they almost cut his lip off on top of it. very scary i'm so sorry i wish your friend a very speedy recovery. :)
