The problem with the shuffle is you can not see the song that is playing , because there is no screen and you cant pick music to play it shuffles around the songs

Shuffle... it has less return rate and plus mine is still working like new. No screen to worry about either.... most of the returns were due to screen damaging.

I got a video because i dont have a DVD burner to put all my videos on DVD. Dont get a video unless you have means to put videos on it (need to convert them to MP4). iTunes only has popular TV shows and music videos (i dont have any of those)

get a video iPod it holds more songs and you can watch movies. Also tv shows its so cool, I have one and its so fun.
