I have a PC card to access the internet...do I also need to keep my aol subscription too?

let me explain that ,let up take ur home tv,the card is like television,but aol is the cable provider,so to watch channel u must subscibe to cable operater,
aol is the service provider,if u are using that u must subscibe it.
