Yes. My friend's father used to own one, actually. Going there with my parents is one of my best memories growing up.

I guess in some parts of the country, there are still places which offer drive-in movies. Nowadays, I don't think they make you place the speaker in your window anymore. They just tell you to tune your car radio to a certain frequency and you hear the audio from the movie that way. =)

Yes, drive-ins are alot of fun. There is still an active drive-in on Route 2 in NW Ohio, near Oregon. Most people drive right by it on their way to Cedar Point. I'll go there in my GMC pickup, have some blankets or whatever in the bed..just like when I was a kid and we had a '76 Chevy pickup and we sat on top of the cab. Neat summertime thing to do.

Yes. It's a fun family experience, but like Jeff H. said, it isn't the best way to see a movie. There are a lot of distractions, but then that's also part of the fun.

It's a nice experience if u want to just get out of the house.
but if u want to truly appreciate the movie, watch it in a real theater or at home cause the image is dim and sound is crappy.

Yeah i sure do ! So much more fun being able to sit in your own car with your girlfriend and watch a movie without having others sitting beside you, plus you can chat too without disturbing others.

yes i love them.
except, at the one in my home town, they have radio stations hooked up to the audio of the movie (depending on which screen you're watching) and you turn your car radio to that station.
i acually went and saw click last week with my friends at the drive-in.
it was cold.
we cuddled.
