well I guess that would explain alot about myself then wouldn't it.
I think it's a weak defense someone might use if they murdered someone. But an average everyday person that has done lsd 20 times I don't think they would just be declared legally insane. If anything it made me more sane.

I think it is a legal gimmick: if it is convetient to be legally insane for whatever purpose, providing evidence for LSD use would give one the status. Insanity and legal insanity are very different.

Uh, no. although LSD may have detrimental consequences on your mind, truly if you're an ordinary consumer, criminal insanity has not some thing to do with this. criminal insanity is a time period often in straightforward words utilized in criminal situations (imagine of Andrea Yates).
