Imagine you have a personal Time Machine.
Imagine you can fly through Time to that very moment, that inflection point on our History.
What would you do ?
Could it be possible to make a "restore point", and, If you could, how would it be our society now ?

it would be too dangerous to alter even the smallest thing because who knows what effect it would have on the future, calculating all the possibilities would be impossible so you could end up with something far worse, not to mention that the lessons learned from that time or event would be lost and humans being humans they would have to learn it the hard way at another time. so as much as i'd like to i wouldn't dare mess with it, i have no right to mess with it, it would be playing God (and i'm not religious i just can't think of a better term) to an immeasurable extent and no single human is wise enough to be given power like that and certainly not me.

If I had my very on Time Machine, that could fly back to a very moment in history it would be.....When God was creating the Angel's. He has many different names (satan, devil, lucifer) but when satan was being created i would have skipped over him. Now, that i have stopped satan from being created, and i have my very on time machine my "restore point" would be one second after satan was no more. My new society would be living in complete harmony with God.---ella

I'd go back to pre-Revolutionary war US and offer Founding Fathers advanced technology to fight British in exchange for freeing slaves and women's suffrage in the Constitution. Also strongly encourage them to make Indian Nations member states in new US government.

I would not change history. To change history is to change one's self, maybe eradicate one's self. I would work, instead, to change the course of the future for the betterment of humanity.

I would go back in time to prevent humans from founding religions; they are devisive, destructive, and have produced more suffering than any other single human creation. I think God would thank me for doing it.
