The Wiccan religion is just an illusion of power. Its all for fun or for the deluded..to call attention to oneself having this wierd attribute not in the mainstream...just like all of these extraordinary people who live out on the frindge by choice by body art, dark clothes, piercings and black lipstick, eyeliner and fingernail polish. Walk around looking like funeral participants...and that's fine..if thats the way you want to live your life. They say they just want to be different but in my mind..they all hang out together and look jus alike...freakish. Well, I know Wiccans don't necessarily do all this stuff with the whole Goth/Emo craze but alot of it is connected. We all have a wiccan friend don't we? Just like we have gay friend or an athiest friend..well, I'll tell ya...I have all three...and while I love my friends dearly and our differences make for excellent debate and discuss over coffee, I wouldn't change my place with them for all the tea in China. I see how screwed up their lives are and how deluded they are that anything is real or solid...they know it too..deep down inside..but remain unconvinced that there is only one answer, one true and Living God...Jesus Christ, He is the Way, the Truth and the Life...none will pass into eternal life except by His blood and don't you know we all need Him on this earth. I know I do...I'm nothing without Him...so I know there is no way chanting over a scented candle is ever gonna answer a single prayer for me. Love in Christ, ~J~ <><

Why do Christians have such strange practices? Communion - the act of caniballizing your God. Xmas - celebrating the birth of your God (and, its actually a stolen Pagan holiday - winter solstice...) Easter? (Another stolen pagan practice - the summer solstice.)

So, only strange because they are foreign to you. They are as real as Christians, Jews and Muslims.

Just to let you know, most of the traditions of the Christians were taken from Pagan rituals.

Wiccans worship and respect the earth, so their religion centers around it.

yes, they are for fun. Yes, they are also very serious. Yes, they are also for real. Moon celebrations are called ezbatts, sun celibrations are called saabats.

They are real but there is no such thing as good witchcraft or white witchcraft.
