That was very succinct, but at the same time, very perceptive. Islamic traditionstates that martyrdom, in that act of Holy War, leads to many rewards in the after-life, such as material gain and a sexual indulgence with 72 virgins. One would have to question the merits of such a God, not to mention his moral consistency, if he deems in the Qur'an that females must maintain modesty, and then uses them as sexual play things for the most belligerent of his followers. So my answer is that if this is Islam's true perception of how God reward's his flock, then he is a pimp, and the most despicable imaginable.

I have always found it ironic that sex would have any value in heaven if heaven is a disembodied existence. Of course I am not that familiar with Islamic cosmology or there metaphysical framework to say whether their heaven is really a disembodied existence.

Of course one thing it does not state explicitly is the gender of the virgins, and they could be 72 virgin boys or men. After all Allah could be a sadistic diety with twisted sense of humor and use the virgin tradition as a ruse to bait those murderous individuals within his flock and punish them by subjecting them to forced gang sodomy for all eternity.
