Well, i think you should definitely say something if you care about her. Maybe she's embarrassed but there are so many things that can be done professionally that she need not go through life with green teeth. Try Crest Whitestrips, they work wonders.

Please say nothing...it is her teeth that ARE green...something to do with emergency antibiotic treatment when she was young. Her teeth used to be yellow, she put a blue bleaching cream on them, and now they are green. Some days, ya just can't win.
