No, I didn't see him on The View. As for looking hungover, he usually looks that way.

He always looks like crap! I don't why they give so much attention to him... he's not that great of an actor and he's certainly not interesting.

i didn't see his appearance today .............
but that boy was probably born hung over .
i guess it helps his characters seem more believable ..........
although i enjoy his acting , i doubt he will ever change .
