How much does it cost an employer in litigation when an employee files suit (attorney's fees, research, etc.)?

This number could be all over the place, lost wages, damages, etc. Try to get US Dept. of Labor maybe to help you, naming no specific company.

Big company would not want to do this and be named even in your little report.
