It's an ongoing urban legend....and it's false. If you've seen the hotties he's been hooking up with, you'd know he doesn't need to take care of anything himself...

Although a cosmetic surgeon offers this procedure (rib removal) for transsexuals, there are NO published accounts of it being performed (even in the case of Marilyn Manson or Cher - just rumors, i'm afraid.)

I remember hearing about this about 8 or 9 years ago...I remember him supposedly having a few things done, but I doubt it.
