Go to a salvage yard in your area, you have about a 6 year span on the models to choose from. If you find a car with the hose that you are interested in. Press on the needle valve to see if the system still have a charge. That would be the one that I would choose.

Good Luck

You may find an after-market A/C hose available from a local parts store,do not attempt to use a "junk yard" part, you have no way of knowing it`s history i:e;,,if it leaks,or if another type of refrigerant was used which could contaminate the rest of your system,butane/propane are often used and extreamly dangerous, dont mess with it.

try this..http://www.aircoparts.com/

I was very surprised to learn that Napa Auto Parts custom makes hoses for Power Steering... maybe they make them for AC as well. Give them a call.

You can try a salvage yard and try to buy a used one. Pretty much anywhere you buy a new one,it's going to be expensive.
