to replacethe tip you can gotoanystorethat carrys wires like that such as walmart or even the 99 cents store. They have the whole cable or just the head piece with instructions onhow to replace it, or you cancall ur local cable company and tell them the problem with the cable.they should be able to tell you step by step what to do
