As far as I can see, allmusic.com lists just two: the E-Types on a CD released in 1995 (actually recorded in the 60's I think) and a jazz version by Connie Evingson in 2003.

I really hope not. Beatles covers tend to be beyond bad. There are a few that are alright, but I can't see some random cover version of "wait" being one of them

Why would anybody cover a Beatles song? If perfection has already been achieved, why tamper with it?
