Its for the sake of being unique or different. Why should something be related to a title? Its understandable that the title have something to do with the song but maybe the title does have something to do with it just not in the way that you may think.

Umm... you guys are totally missing the point. Just because you're brain can't process words, doesn't mean that the bands are being illogical. As for the person who doesn't understand the difference between "marterdom" (learn to spell) and suicide being press coverage...you are a moron. Do you know what it means to be a martyr? Artists shouldn't have to dumb down their lyrics because you people are too lazy to read a dictionary. It's not their fault you are too simple to understand. You are probably the same people who are trying to get the new simplified spelling system passed. Word of advice: Go back to school and get that G.E.D.

Trying to hard most of the time. It's like celebrity baby names come on who names their baby Pilot Inspektor?! Some people feel a need to define themselfs by being different and artsy-fartsy. Some people may just be really creative, but for the life of me I can't figure out where they came up with "The only difference between marterdom and suicide is press coverage"

I continually blend up Stone Temple Pilot songs and Velvet Revolver songs up, I completely blame Scott Weiland for this one. properly, now that Joaquin Phoenix is a singer of a few variety... i imagine he regarded like Jim Morrison on David Letterman the different evening.
