I found out i had severe disk degenerative disease 3 years ago when I was 22. They say I have the back of a 60 year old. Do any other younger people have this problem?

I have never heard of that disorder you mentioned. Not that I'm aware of. I do have a mild case of scoliosis though.

My cousin was diagnosed with DDD when she was 28 yrs old and eventually decided that Osteopathic treatments proved to be most beneficial to her.

Her treatments involves gentle stretches and manipulation to the joints of the spine, also different relaxation techniques to ease muscle spasms. According to her the exercises treat the degenerate area and the whole spine.

I will say she certainly is flexible.

Best Wishes
