I bought a hammock that is starting to sag. I want to get better rope and re-string it, but I am not sure how to do this.

Okay, I got the impression that you wanted to *make* your own hammock, not just buy a new one. Try these two sites below for some instructions, but I warn you, the first one needs a shuttle (huh?). Hope this helps some.

BTW, is the rope cotton or synthetic. Maybe it is sagging because it is cotton and you can dunk the whole thing in scalding hot water, lay it out in the hot, hot sun and it will shrink again. Might be worth a try after you look at these sites! LOL!!
