i have too many problems to name but they all add up to me feeling old. very odd really i know i have energy but i am just slow and feeling agen. interesting. i need more iron and more sleep. any how enough about me tell me about you! whats your age and do you feel it? are you 15 and feel 51? or 60 and feel 25? what?

I'm 62 and feel maybe as old as 32. No I am not monitarily rich.
Life hasn't been good to my body or brain, but I don't go on a pity party.
Life is all in an attitude. You have a good attitude and life can be pretty good.
If you have a crappy attitude (poor me included) then you are bound to have a crappy life. Or at least you will think that you have a crappy life.
Try smiling sometimes, even if you don't feel like it. It takes less muscles to smile then it does to frown.
You sound like you are depressed. Go find sombody to help out, and this will pass.

I am 63, some days I feel like 28, other days I feel like 80. Do something for people who have less than you. You will feel better.

Stress will do that to you. I'm 48, most of the time, I don't think about my age. My kids say that I act and look much younger, but there are times when I look in the mirror and think "When the hell did that happen?" :)

My problem is that I have no problems, no responsibilities and total freedom!

I feel tired. I am anemic and I take iron but still feel tired. I'm fairly young.
