You're probably gonna get a ton of nasty answers to this one.
But I'll keep it real---try the yoga pose "downward facing dog", and make sure you breathe in and out really slow and deep.
Just put "downward facing dog" and "yoga" on yahoo and it'll come right up.
Good luck with that, I know, it hurts!

Sit at the front edge of a chair legs apart and let the chin go to the chest, then slowly rest one elbow at a time ont each knee. Then if ok, take one hand to the floor as you breathe out, then the other hand.
If you can't reach the floor, use a pile of books or a box. Stay there and rest, breathing fully, then reverse the procedure to return to the starting position. ALWAYS support the weight of the upper body with your arms/hands. That way you are not using the muscles you have stretched to come out of the stretch. Very important!

Another good yoga position is called the cobra. Look it up. Straight legs raises help. Hang from a chin up bar. Pelvic tilts.

Try seeing a chiropractor! They can do wonders for lower back pain (or any kind of back/neck pain for that matter!)
