The 'East of England Classic Car Show' sounds like a lot of fun. (See link in Sources below.) It's in September. If you haven't found one at that time, maybe you could go to the Show and ask car owners there if they know of a good place. Enthusiasts that fix up their autos for those shows, tend to know where and who is best, if you can find one near you.

The second link says "Markets and car boot sales" It seems to be a traveling booth sales outfit.

OH MAN! I thought you wanted to buy a 'car boot.' Now I realize a car boot sale is like a flea market in the US. We don't sell fleas at the flea market, it is a collection of people who pay for a space, like a booth to sell wares!
