Once upon a time I heard a rumour of an American DBZ movie. (I enjoy the japanese ones) But it was supposed to be live-action. Since I started (ok, lets be realistic) becoming addicted to DBZ (that lvled off now, but it's still a cool show) I thought they should use computer animation to make a movie. That way they could still use the real voice actors that were hired by Funimation. I was especially ecstatic about it after I saw Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. It would be really cool, I think, to see how all my favourite characters would look if they were "real." Wouldn't you go for that?

I remember reading about a company that actually DID pick up the idea for a DBZ live action movie and one that picked up an Evangelion live action too (they wont be released until somewhere around 2010 though). I remember that I read it in a copy of Anime Insider but I cant remember which volume # it was. So dont give up hope on the live action ~.^ and yes a DBZ movie animated like FFVII:Advent Children would be cool but I dont think that they'd spend that much money on something like that either, because if it wasnt a HUGE hit like FFVII:AC they might lose too much money.

That's an interesting idea but sadly, not probable. Making a movie with the animation similar to Advent Children would cost way too much money and make very little profit since DBZ just isn't as popular as it used to be. It would be cool to see such a movie though!

I also bought the DVD. replaced into exciting although i assumed they went somewhat overboard with the great human competencies (Cloud slicing through a progression sized cement block). Definetly a extra acceptable movie than FF Spirits interior. Too undesirable Barrett and Cid did not play more beneficial roles. I continually considered Cloud, Tifa, and Barrett or Cid (you could change one or the different) as being the playable significant heroes from the game.
