You can download this free vidoe converter called Videora from www.videora.com. It will convert the video files into the mp4 format, which is the correct format. After the video is converted, open up itunes. Go to file and go to add file. Click on my Computer, the C Drive, Program Files, Videora, Videos, and the video that is in that folder and add it to your itunes library. Update your ipod and your video will be on your ipod (the video automatically goes to movies, you will have to change where it goes yourself)> If you need any additional help, just im me or email me. I'm tooraw88. GOOD LUCK!!!
