i have something like that but it doesnt really itch. i dont remember what it was called but for what i have get something with salycilic acid. it sounds weird but wart sticks that look like chapstick tubes have salycilic acid most of the time(just look in the active ingredients) if u keep putting it on it should go away but if not go to a derm or a doctor.

im not sure that what i have is the same (u could have a rash) but i hope it helped!

Could be scabies... I got them from a patient at the hospital.

Itchy as hell, but quite treatable

Or you could have put your elbow on a substance that you have a mild allergy to.

are you allergic to anything? if you are it could be an allergic reaction to something you either leaned against or touched. Or, it could be poision ivy, which is again is caused by something you came in contact with. Get it looked at if it gets worse, or starts to spread.

haha, don't let them worry you, they are probably just little pimples, wash it better they'll probably go away, if they are really bothering you, go to a dermatoligist.... but they aren't bad for you i've had them since i was a baby (they are not AIDS)
